摘要
探究我国各地区不同环境规制程度下技术创新对经济绩效的影响。通过搜集2007—2017年30个省的面板数据,设计反映环境规制和技术创新的变量,运用多元线性回归分析法验证加入环境规制前后技术创新对经济绩效的影响。结果显示,技术创新对经济绩效具有显著正向影响,加入环境规制后技术创新对经济绩效仍为正向的影响。东部地区在环境规制政策、技术创新和经济绩效以及处理三者的关系方面均优于中西部地区。认为政府在实施适当的环境规制的基础上激励技术创新,适当加大研发支出的投入,有利于提高新产品销售收入,增加经济绩效。
In order to explore the impact of technological innovation on economic performance all regions in China is studied from different environmental regulation.The panel data of 30 provinces from 2007 to 2017 are collected,and variables reflecting environmental regulation and technological innovation are designed.Multivariate linear regression analysis is used to verify how technological innovation affects economic performance before and after environmental regulation is added.The results show that technological innovation has a significant positive impact on economic performance,and technological innovation has still a positive impact on economic performance after adding environmental regulation.The eastern region is superior to the central and western regions in terms of environmental regulation policy,technological innovation and economic performance,and in dealing with the relationship among those three.Therefore,on the basis of implementing appropriate environmental regulations,the government encourages technological innovation and increases R&D expenditure appropriately,which is conducive to improving sales revenue of new products and increasing economic performance.
