摘要
目的:回顾性分析深圳市龙岗区0~7岁儿童体内钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)6种微量元素水平,为儿童生长发育情况评估及科学合理补充微量元素提供依据。方法:选取2017年8月-2018年8月深圳市龙岗区3079例0~7岁健康体检儿童全血标本,采用原子吸收光谱法对其中的钙、铁、锌、镁、铅、铜6种微量元素进行检测,对检测结果按年龄进行统计学分析。结果:各年龄段6种微量元素均值水平均位于参考值范围内,各年龄段间均值水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。5种微量元素存在不同程度缺乏,缺乏率从高到低依次为钙>铁>锌>铜>镁,缺乏率分别为19.19%、18.87%、6.66%、1.07%、0.71%,铅超标率为0.29%,除镁之外,各年龄段间缺乏率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各年龄段间铅超标率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:深圳市龙岗区0~7岁儿童体内全血钙、镁、锌、铁、铜微量元素存在不同程度缺乏情况,以钙、铁、锌缺乏为主,儿童铅超标率虽然不高,但是也应引起关注。定期监测儿童体内全血微量元素水平,有助于指导广大儿童及时合理的补充缺乏的微量元素。
Objective:To retrospectively analyze the levels of six kinds of trace elements in calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg),zinc(Zn),iron(Fe),copper(Cu)and lead(Pb)in children aged 0-7 years in Longgang District of Shenzhen.To provide the basis for children growth and development evaluation and scientific and reasonable supplement of trace elements.Method:From August 2017 to August 2018,3079 cases of healthy blood samples from aged 0-7 years children in Longgang District of Shenzhen were selected.The levels of six kinds of trace elements including calcium,iron,zinc,magnesium,lead and copper were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry,and the test results were statistically analyzed by age.Result:The mean levels of 6 kinds of trace elements in all ages were all within the reference range,and the differences among the all ages were statistically significant(P<0.01).The 5 kinds of trace elements were deficient in different degrees.The order of deficiency was calcium>iron>zinc>copper>magnesium,and the deficiency rates were respectively 19.19%,18.87%,6.66%,1.07%,0.71%.The lead exceeding rate was 0.29%.Except for magnesium,there was a significant difference in the rate of deficiency among all ages(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in lead exceeding rates among all ages(P<0.01).Conclusion:There are different degrees of deficiency of trace elements of calcium,magnesium,zinc,iron and copper in the whole blood of children aged 0-7 years in longgang district of shenzhen,mainly calcium,iron and zinc.Although the lead exceeding rate for children is not high,it should also be concerned.Regular monitoring of trace elements levels of whole blood in children is helpful to guide the majority of children to supplement the trace elements in a timely and reasonable manner.
