摘要
目的:探讨RPH内痔套扎外痔切除术与传统外剥内扎术治疗痔疮的效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年12月笔者所在医院收治的30例Ⅲ~Ⅳ度痔疮患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组15例。观察组采取RPH内痔套扎外痔切除术治疗,对照组采取传统外剥内扎术治疗,观察两组临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果:观察组总有效率及并发症发生率分别为93.33%、13.33%,对照组总有效率及并发症发生率分别为60.00%、46.67%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:RPH内痔套扎外痔切除术与传统外剥内扎术治疗痔疮均可改善患者病情,但RPH内痔套扎外痔切除术效果更佳,术后并发症更少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of RPH internal hemorrhoids ligation and external hemorrhoidectomy and traditional external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Method:A total of 30 patients with gradeⅢ-Ⅳhemorrhoids in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,15 cases in each group.The observation group received RPH internal hemorrhoids ligation and external hemorrhoidectomy,while the control group received traditional external stripping and internal ligation.The clinical efficacy and complication rate of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate and complication rate of the observation group were 93.33%and 13.33%,the total effective rate and complication rate of the control group were 60.00%and 46.67%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:RPH internal hemorrhoids ligation and external hemorrhoidectomy and traditional stripping and internal ligation can improve the condition of patients with hemorrhoids,but RPH internal hemorrhoids ligation and external hemorrhoidectomy has a better effect and fewer complications,it is worthy of clinical application.
