摘要
目的:探讨肛肠熏洗剂对混合痔内痔套扎、外痔切除术后患者预后效果的改善作用。方法:随机选择76例本院肛肠外科接收于2018年2月—2020年2月且给予内痔套扎与外痔切除术治疗的混合痔患者进行临床研究,依照红蓝数字抽签法随机分为采用高锰酸钾溶液进行熏洗治疗的常规组以及采用肛肠熏洗剂进行熏洗治疗的观察组,每组38例。对比分析两组治疗前后的主要证候、术后并发症发生率以及创面愈合时间与住院时间。结果:观察组治疗后的主要证候以及创面愈合时间与住院时间均明显优于常规组,术后并发症发生率7.89%(3/38)显著低于常规组的26.31%(10/38),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与高锰酸钾溶液熏洗相比,采用肛肠熏洗剂对已行内痔套扎与外痔切除术治疗的混合痔患者进行术后熏洗治疗不仅能够快速减轻疼痛感与肛缘水肿症状,进一步减少出血量,还可降低术后并发症发生率,有利于加快创面愈合速度,促使早日康复,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of anorectal fumigation lotion on improving the prognosis of patients with mixed hemor-rhoids after internal hemorrhoids ligation and external hemorrhoidectomy.Methods:Randomly selected 76 cases of anorectal surgery at our hospital receives in February 2018 to February 2020 and internal ligation and resection of the external hemorrhoid treatment of mixed hemorrhoids patients for clinical research,and in accordance with the red and blue digital lottery method will be randomly divided into using potassium permanganate fumigation treatment of conventional group and giving anorectal smoked lotion fumigation treatment group,38 cases in each group.Then,the changes of main syndromes,postoperative complications,wound healing time and hospital stay time of the two groups were compared and analyzed before and after treatment.Results:Comprehensive analysis showed that the main symptoms,wound healing time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly better than those in the conventional group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.89%(3/38),which was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(26.31%,10/38).All relevant data differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with potassium permanganate fumigation,the use of anorectal smoked lotion to hemorrhoids ligation and external piles re-section treatment on patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery fumigation treatment not only can quickly relieve the symptoms of pain and edema of anal edge,further reducing the bleeding,and can also minimize the incidence of postoperative complications,is beneficial to accelerate the wound healing,prompting them to recover at an early date,and is worthy of reference for clinical promotion.
