摘要
目的 观察和评价自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）联合手术治疗痔病的临床疗效。方法采用RPH联合手术治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痔57例（治疗组），其中部分合并肛乳头肥大、肛裂、低位单纯性肛瘘，与同期单纯采用RPH手术53例（对照组）作比较，评价其临床疗效。结果治疗组与对照组的治愈率分别为100％和79．25％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01），有显著性差异；但两组在手术时间、术后疼痛指数、术后并发症、创面愈合时间方面没有显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论RPH联合手术可以弥补单纯RPH手术的局限性，拓展其治疗范围，同时还可以获得更好的远期疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of treatment of hemorrhoids with the automatic ligation of hemorrhoids（RPH） associated surgical procedures. Methods 57cases（study group） suffering from hemorrhoids of Ⅱor Ⅳ grade, part of them complicated hypertrophic anal papilla, fissure in ano, low simple anal fistula received tying therapy on the automatic ligation of hemorrhoids（RPH） associated surgical procedures, and the other 53 cases（control group） was simply treated by the automatic ligation of hemorrhoids at the corresponding time period. Analyze the data and compare their differences. Results Cure rate of the study group and control group was 100% and 79.25% respectively. The study group was better than control group（P〈0.01）.But there was no significant differences in operation time, postoperative aches-and-pains index, postoperative complications, healing time of wound. （P〉0.05）.Conclusion he automatic ligation of hemorrhoids （RPH） associated surgical procedures can redeem the limitations of simple automatic ligation of hemorrhoids, expand range of its therapy, meanwhile, get better long-term therapeutic effect.
