摘要
目的:探讨新生儿出生体重与子痫前期孕妇血清髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平相关性及临床意义。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的子痫前期孕妇70例,根据发病时孕周分为早发子痫组(<34周)及晚发子痫组(≥34周);同期选择70例正常妊娠孕妇,根据孕周分为健康A组(<34周)、健康B组(≥34周)。分析新生儿出生体重与子痫前期孕妇血清MPO、hs-CRP水平相关性。结果:早、晚发子痫组MPO、hs-CRP水平均高于健康A、B组(P<0.05);早发子痫组MPO、hs-CRP水平均高于晚发子痫组(P<0.05);健康A、B组MPO、hs-CRP水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);早、晚发子痫组新生儿出生体重均低于健康A、B组,且早发子痫组新生儿出生体重低于晚发子痫组(P<0.05);早、晚发子痫组MPO及hs-CRP水平呈正相关(P<0.05);健康A、B组MPO与hs-CRP水平无相关性(P>0.05);早、晚发子痫组MPO、hs-CRP水平与新生儿出生体重呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清MPO、hs-CRP的高表达在子痫前期的病理生理发展过程中可能发挥重要作用,重度子痫前期孕妇血清MPO、hs-CRP水平升高可造成胎儿宫内生长发育受限,降低新生儿体重。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between neonatal birth weight and serum myeloperoxidase(MPO),hypersensitive-Creactive protein(hsCRP)level in pregnant women with preeclampsia and its clinical significance.Method:A total of 70 pregnant women with preeclampsia treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were divided into the early eclampsia group(<34 weeks)and the late eclampsia group(≥34 weeks)according to the gestational age.At the same time,70 normal pregnant women were selected,and according to the gestational age,pregnant women were divided into the healthy group A(<34 weeks)and the healthy group B(≥34 weeks).The correlation between neonatal birth weight and serum myeloperoxidase(MPO),hypersensitive-Creactive protein(hs-CRP)level in pregnant women with preeclampsia were analyzed.Result:The levels of MPO,hs-CRP in the early and late eclampsia group were higher than those of the healthy group A and B(P<0.05).The levels of MPO,hs-CRP in the early eclampsia group were higher than those of the late eclampsia group(P<0.05).But the levels of MPO,hs-CRP were compared between the healthy group A and the healthy group B,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The neonatal birth weight in the early and late eclampsia group were lower than those of the healthy group A and B,and the neonatal birth weight in the early eclampsia group was lower than that of the late eclampsia group(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between MPO and hs-CRP in the early and late eclampsia group(P<0.05).There was no correlation between MPO and hs-CRP in the healthy group A and B(P>0.05).There were negative correlations between MPO,hs-CRP levels and neonatal birth weight in the early and late eclampsia groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of serum MPO,hs-CRP may play an important role in the pathophysiological development of preeclampsia.The increase of serum MPO,hs-CRP levels in pregnant women with severe preeclampsia can lead to the limitation of fetal growth and development and reduce the weight of neonates.
