摘要
目的探讨子痫前期患者胎盘组织中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)的表达特点及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法检测正常妊娠妇女和子痫前期患者各31例胎盘组织中IGF-Ⅱ及IGFBP-1的表达特点,并进行比较分析。结果两组滋养细胞、血管内皮细胞及绒毛间质细胞均有IGF-Ⅱ、IGFBP-1表达;与正常组相比,子痫前期组IGF-Ⅱ表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P=0.02);IGFBP-1表达升高,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.26)。结论IGF-Ⅱ、IGFBP-1表达失衡,可能与妊娠期胎盘滋养细胞侵入异常及妊娠期高血压疾病的发病有关。
Objective To assess the expression and implications of insulin-like growth factor -Ⅱ （IGF-Ⅱ） and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1 （IGFBP-1） in the placenta of patients with preeclampsia. Methods Expression of IGF-Ⅱ and IGFBP-1 of placenta were determined by immunohistological method and compared between women having a normal pregnancy （31 cases） and women having a pregnancy complicated by preeclampsia （31 cases）. Results IGF-Ⅱ and IGFBP-1 were located on trophoblast, vascular endothelial cell and villous stroma. The level of IGF-Ⅱ was significantly lower in the preeclampsia group than that in the normal group （P =0. 02）. The expression of IGFBP-1 in the placenta of the normal group and the preeclampsia group had no significant difference （P =0. 26）. Conclusion The unbalamced expression of IGF-Ⅱ and IGFBP-1 in the placenta may play a role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
