摘要
选取2007—2017年间我国对164个东道国的外直接投资数据,采用引力模型实证研究了我国对外直接投资区位选择的影响因素。研究发现我国对外直接投资与东道国的基础设施、经济稳定性、法律制度质量、关税水平、劳动力成本、自然资源禀赋、研发创新能力、汇率水平、双边投资协定呈显著正相关关系,而与东道国的政治稳定性、地理距离呈显著负相关关系。我国在发达经济体的投资主要是获取东道国的技术和市场,而在发展中经济体的投资主要是获取东道国的自然资源。制度质量高,我国倾向于投资市场规模较大的东道国;而制度质量低,我国倾向于投资市场规模较小的东道国。
The article selects China's foreign direct investment data for 164 host countries from 2007 to 2017,and uses gravity models to empirically study the influencing factors of China's foreign direct investment location selection.The results of the study found that China's foreign direct investment has a significantly positive correlation with the host country's infrastructure,economic stability,legal system quality,tariff levels,labor costs,natural resource endowments,R&D innovation capabilities,exchange rate levels,and bilateral investment agreements.There was a significant negative correlation with the political stability and geographical distance of the host country.China's investment in developed economies is mainly to acquire the technology and markets of the host country,while investment in developing economies is mainly to obtain the natural resources of the host country.When the quality of host countries'systems are high,China tends to invest in the one with a larger market size;while the quality of host countries'systems are low,China tends to invest in the one with a smaller market size.
