摘要
目的探究复杂性肛瘘患者术后辅以综合护理干预对减轻患者换药疼痛的效果。方法方便选择2014年1月—2019年4月于该院接受手术治疗的复杂性肛瘘患者60例为研究对象,根据计算机抽选结果分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者辅以常规护理干预,观察组患者辅以综合护理干预,评估并对比两组患者换药前后疼痛评分差异,对比各组患者护理前后心态变化,记录并计算各组患者护理总满意度。结果两组患者未换药前疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组患者换药时疼痛评分(4.15±0.12)分、换药后5 min疼痛评分(3.01±0.33)分均明显低于对照组(t=8.14、7.44,P<0.05),观察组患者SAS评分(8.34±0.22)分、SDS评分(8.12±0.15)分低于对照组。另外,观察组患者对本次护理的总满意度较对照组相比更高。结论复杂性肛瘘患者辅以综合护理干预有助于减轻患者术后换药痛楚,改善患者情绪,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the effect of postoperative comfort nursing intervention on relieving dressing change pain in patients with complex anal fistula.Methods Convenient election choice in this time,60 patients with complex anal fistula who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the results of computer selection,they were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was supplemented by routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was supplemented by comprehensive nursing intervention.The difference of pain scores between the two groups before and after dressing change was evaluated and compared,and the mentality of each group before and after nursing care was compared.Change,record and calculate the total nursing satisfaction of each group.Results There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before dressing change(P>0.05),while pain scores at dressing change(4.15±0.12)points and 5 minutes after dressing change(3.01±0.33)pointsin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=8.14,7.44,P<0.05),SAS scores(8.34±0.22)points and SDS scores(8.12±0.15)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.In addition,patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing than those in the control group.Conclusion Complex anal fistula patients supplemented by comprehensive nursing intervention can help alleviate postoperative dressing change pain of patients,improve patients'mood,improve nursing satisfaction,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
