摘要
目的:探讨分析综合护理对肛瘘患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年4月福建省漳州市中医院就诊的42例肛瘘患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组21例。对照组实施常规护理措施。观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理办法,比较2组患者干预后的PSQI评分。结果:干预后2组PSQI总分及各因子比较,P <0. 05,差异有统计学意义,护理干预后观察组在睡眠障碍(1. 67±0. 15)、睡眠药物(1. 53±0. 19)、睡眠效率(1. 54±0. 39)、入睡时间(1. 29±0. 31)、睡眠时间(1. 02±0. 30)、日间功能(1. 76±0. 21)、睡眠质量(1. 63±0. 22)方面均优于对照组睡眠障碍(2. 11±0. 12)、睡眠药物(1. 98±0. 21)、睡眠效率(2. 13±0. 32)、入睡时间(2. 21±0. 26)、睡眠时间(2. 02±0. 33)、日间功能(2. 43±0. 33)、睡眠质量(2. 34±0. 25)。结论:对肛瘘患者实施综合护理干预措施可有效提高患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing on the sleep quality of anal fistula patients.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,42 patients with anal fistula were selected as the research objects in Fujian Zhangzhou Hospital.The patients randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(n=21),control group was given routine nursing measures,and the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing measures on the basis.PSQI of the two groups were compared.Results:Patients after nursing intervention on sleep disorders(1.67±0.15),sleep medication(1.53±0.19),sleep efficiency(1.54±0.39),sleep latency(1.29±0.31),sleep duration(1.02±0.30),daytime function(1.76±0.21)and sleep quality(1.63±0.22)is better than sleep disorder scores of control group(2.11±0.12),sleep medication(1.98±0.21),sleep efficiency(2.13±0.32),sleep latency(2.21±0.26),sleep duration(2.02±0.33),daytime function(2.43±0.33)and sleep quality(2.34±0.25),(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures for anal fistula patients can effectively improve patients′sleep quality,worthy of clinical application.
