摘要
以新疆准东长距离空间转弯带式输送机系统为工程依托,详细介绍了平面转弯带式输送机转弯半径的计算,研究了系统转弯段的设计特点,提出了系统转弯段所采用的托辊组布置形式、驱动方式和张紧形式分析选择,该系统在新疆准东地区的成功运用,为在高寒、大风地区长距离空间转弯带式输送机的设计提供理论基础和实践经验。
Based on the engineering of Xinjiang Zhundong long-distance space turning belt conveyor system, the article introduces the calculation of the turning radius of the plane turning belt conveyor and studies the design characteristics of the system turning section, proposes the idlers layout in the system turning section and the selection of driving method and tension form. The successful application of the system in the Xinjiang Zhundong area will provide theoretical basis and practical experience for the design of long-distance space turning belt conveyors in alpine and windy areas.
