摘要
为了更合理地设计平面转弯带式输送机,讨论了带式输送机满载状态下在转弯段的受力状态,建立了其三维力学模型,利用坐标变换的方法对水平转弯段胶带和物料所受的重力、托辊的支撑反力及托辊与带相对运动产生的摩擦力进行了分析,在此基础上建立了胶带在转弯段的径向力和切向力平衡方程,并讨论了影响带式输送机平面转弯运行的因素,为设计平面转弯带式输送机提供了重要的理论依据。
To design the belt conveyor with horizontal curves more reasonably, the force state at the bent zone of belt conveyor with full load was discussed and the 3D dynamic model established also. The gravity of belt and material at bent zone, supporting counterforce of carrying idler as well as friction between the belt and the carrying idler were analyzed with coordinate conversion method. On the basis of which, equilibrium equation of the radial and circumferential force of belt at bent zone were established, and the factors affecting operation of belt conveyor at bent zone discussed also, which offers an important theoretical basis for design of the belt conveyor with horizontal curves.
