摘要
针对现有医院检查床床单更换设备运行中床单松弛或错位问题,优化原有床单更换设备,并研制了一种医用床单更换设备张紧正位系统。研制过程将机械设计与软件模拟相结合,产品正式投入生产前,建立系统三维模型,并模拟运行。各医院检查科试用结果表明,引入张紧正位系统后,可以很好解决床单松弛或错位问题,快速完成张紧正位操作,同时加入重力更换模块,实现床单智能稳定更换。
In view of the problem of loosening or dislocation of sheets in the bed changing equipment of hospital beds, optimizing the original bed sheet replacement equipment, and a tension and position system for medical sheet replacement equipment was developed. The development process combines mechanical design with software simulation. Before the product is formally put into production, a three-dimensional model of the system is built and simulated. The results of the hospital trial show that the system can solve the problems of the slack or misplacement of the sheets, and add gravity replacement module and realize the intelligent, quickly complete the tensioning operation and stable replacement of the sheets.
