摘要
目的汉化Humpty Dumpty跌倒量表(Humpty Dumpty fall scale,HDFS)并检验其信效度。方法按照Brislin翻译模型对HDFS进行双向翻译,通过专家咨询和预实验对中文版HDFS进行文化调试,方便抽样法选取福建省9地市16所三级医院的320例住院患儿进行评估,评价量表的信效度。结果中文版HDFS条目水平的内容效度指数为0.79~1.00,量表水平的平均内容效度指数为0.954,共提取出3个公因子,累积方差贡献率为68.601%,各条目的因子负荷为0.677~0.942,校标效度为0.711;评定者间信度为0.977,重测信度为0.974,Cronbach’sα系数为0.568。结论中文版HDFS具有较好的信效度,简单易懂,可用于我国住院患儿跌倒风险的评估。
Objective To translate Humpty Dumpty fall scale(HDFS)into Chinese and verify its reliability and validity.Methods HDFS was translated according to the Brislin forward-backward translation model and adjusted through expert consultation and a pilot study.Then convenient sampling method was used to assess 320 hospitalized children from 16 tertiary hospitals of Fujian for the evaluation of the reliability and validity of the Chinese version scale.Results The item level content validity index(I-CVI)of the Chinese version of HDFS was from 0.79 to 1.00,and the scale-level content validity index(average)(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.954.Three common factors were extracted with 68.601%cumulative variance contribution rate,and the range of factors loading was from 0.677 to 0.942,and the criterion-related validity was 0.711;The inter test reliability was 0.977,and the retest reliability was 0.974,and the Cronbach’sαcoefficient was 0.568.Conclusions The Chinese version of HDFS has good reliability and validity,and it is simple and easy to understand or to use,so it can be used for hospitalized children fall risk assessment in China.
