简体中文版临床教学行为量表的修订及信效度检验 被引量:6

Revision of Simplified Chinese Version of Clinical Teaching Behavior Scale and Its Reliabilityand Validity Test

摘要 目的修订台湾版临床教学行为量表(clical teaching behavior inventory,CTB-23),检验其信效度,为医院管理者提供评价教学行为测评工具。方法通过专家咨询和预调查对量表进行修订,抽取兰州市4所三级甲等医院218名新护±和262名临床带教老师进行正式调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果简体中文版临床教学行为量表保留了原量表全部的23个条目,探索性因子分析共提取6个公因子,累计贡献率达79.34%。量表总的Cronbach's a系数为0.973,各维度的Cronbach's a系数在0.834~O.928;分半信度为0.913;重测信度为0.833;内容效度为0.919。验证性因子分析结果显示;非规范拟合指数(TLI),修正的拟合优度指数(AGFI)、比较拟合指数(CFI)均>0.90,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)<0.08,简约拟合指数(PGFT)>0.50,均达到适配标准。结论简体中文版临床教学行为量表具有良好的信,效度,适用于我国大陆地区临床护理教育中对临床教学行为的评价。 Ohjective The Taiwan version of clinical teaching behavior inventory(CTBF-23)was revised to test its re-liability and validity,and to provide a tool for hospital managers to evaluate teaching behavior.MethodsThrough ex-pert consultation and pre-investigation,218 new nurses and 262 clinical teachers from four tertiary hospitals in Lanzhouwere selected for formal investigation to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The simplified Chi-nese version of CTB-23 retained all 23 items of the original scale,and 6 common factors were extracted by exploratoryfactor analysis,with a cumulative contribution rate of 79.34%.The total Cronbach's a coefficient of the scale was0.973,and the Cronbach's a coefficient of each dimension was ranged from 0.834 to 0.928;the split half reliability was0.913;the retest reliability was 0.833;and the content validity was 0.919.The results of confirmatory factor analysisshowed that the non-standard fitting index(TLI),the modified goodness of fit index(AGFT),the comparative fit index(CFT)were greater than 0.90,the approximate error root mean square(RMSEA)was less than 0.08,and the reducedfit index(PGFT)was greater than 0.50,all of which met the fit standard.Conclusions The simplified Chinese versionof clinical teaching behavior scale has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for the evaluation of clinical teach-ing behavior in clinical nursing education in China's Mainland.
