摘要
主要对现有的直流螺管式电磁铁进行优化设计,通过使用JMAG-Designer软件对现有电磁铁模型进行动态仿真,获取动态吸力曲线、时间电流曲线。结合电磁铁自身制造生产特点,提出优化方案并进行仿真,将优化方案同原有方案进行对比,获取动态吸力对比曲线,为电磁铁的设计优化提供理论依据。最终测试优化后电磁铁样机的性能指标,实现电磁铁动作时间减小的优化目的。
The main purpose of this paper is to optimize the design of the existing DC solenoid electromagnet.The JMAG-Designer software is used to get the dynamic simulation of existing electromagnet model for obtaining dynamic suction curve and time current curve.Combining the production characteristics of electromagnets,the optimization scheme is proposed and simulated,then the dynamic suction contrast curve is obtained,which can provide theoretical basis for the design optimization of electromagnet.Finally,the performance index of the optimized electromagnet prototype is tested to achieve the optimization purpose of reducing the action time of the electromagnet.
