摘要
本文采用分段磁路法,对直流螺管式电磁铁进行了磁路分析,在考虑漏磁、导磁体中涡流、导磁率的非线性等因素的基础上建立了动态数学模型。讨论了结构参数对动态性能的影响,并提出了缩短电磁铁动作时间的措施。
This paper carries out an analysis of magnetic circuit for DC spiration type electromagnet, establishes dynamic mathematical moedl based on considering factors of magnetic leakage, eddy current in magnetic conductor,nonlinearity of magnetic inductivity etc., discusses the effects of structural parameters on dynamic performance,and puts forward measures of shortening the time of electromagnet action.
