摘要
以某型号电磁脉冲阀为研究对象,分析其机械结构及工作原理并建立了物理运动模型。利用AMESim仿真软件建立了电磁脉冲阀的系统仿真模型。通过仿真分析与实验验证得到双压控制改进方案对电磁脉冲阀出口气压动态性能的影响。结果表明,双压控制方案能够有效地减少出口气压的响应时间并节省关闭时间。仿真分析与实验验证结合的方法可用于先导式电磁阀的设计分析和性能改进。
Taking a certain type of electromagnetic pulse valve as the research object,analyzing its mechanical structure and working principle and establishing a physical motion model,a system simulation model of the electromagnetic pulse valve is established through AMESim simulation software.Through simulation analysis and experimental verification,the influence of the dual-voltage control improve proposal on the dynamic performance of the electromagnetic pulse valve outlet pressure is obtained.The conclusions show that the dual-voltage control scheme can effectively reduce the response time of the outlet air pressure and save the closing time.The method of combining simulation analysis and experimental verification used can be used for the design analysis and performance improvement of pilot solenoid valves,and the engineering application value of the dual-voltage control scheme is verified to be effective.
