摘要
专科秘书是医院临床科室事务管理的中枢和与职能科室对接联系的桥梁,建设好专科秘书队伍对提升临床工作成效和医院管理水平均有重要意义。笔者梳理了我国三级医院设立专科秘书的类型、职责,对存在的问题进行了分析和讨论,并归纳了一系列管理对策。文章指出,建设好专科秘书队伍是优化医院管理机制和临床服务水平的手段,也是栽培储备管理人才的有效途径。管理层要充分肯定专科秘书的价值,明确其定位和职责,完善激励制度,加强管理能力培养,从而推动医院良性发展。
Clinical department secretary is the center of the hospital clinical department affairs management and the bridge connecting with the administrative departments.The construction of clinical department secretary team is of great significance to improve the clinical work and hospital management level.This paper sorts out the types and duties of the secretaries of clinical departments in tertiary hospitals in China,analyzes and discusses the existing problems,and summarizes a series of management countermeasures.The article points out that building a good team of clinical department secretaries is not only a means to optimize the hospital management mechanism and clinical service level,but also an effective way to cultivate and reserve management talents.The management should fully affirm the value of clinical department secretaries,clarify their positioning and responsibilities,improve the incentive system,strengthen management ability training,and thereby promote the benign development of the hospital.
