摘要
国家三级公立医院绩效考核,是衡量公立医院发展情况、指导公立医院管理和改革的重要内容,良好的数据质量是反映医院运行情况的基础。天津市环湖医院通过分析2018年国考填报过程及考核结果反馈,从内部医院改革发展与外部国考工作需求两个层面,探索数据改善与优化方法,对照考核指标体系不断加强信息化水平建设,提高医疗质量安全以及服务管理能力,2019年医院国考成绩明显提升,医疗质量、运营效率部分指标向好趋势明显,为公立医院构建与国考核指标相适应的持续发展路径提供参考借鉴。
The performance appraisal of national three-level public hospitals is an important content to measure the development of public hospitals and guide the management and reform of public hospitals.Good data quality is the basis to reflect the operation of hospitals.Tianjin Huanhu hospital explores data improvement and optimization methods from the two aspects of internal hospital reform and development and external national examination work needs by analyzing the filling process and assessment result feedback of 2018 national examination,Compared with the assessment index system,continuously strengthened the construction of informatization level and improved the medical quality,safety and service management ability.In 2019,the results of the national examination of hospitals have been significantly improved,and some indicators of medical quality and operation efficiency have an obvious positive trend,which provides a reference for public hospitals to build a sustainable development path suitable for the national assessment indicators.
