摘要
职业倦怠是影响教师工作绩效的重要原因,本文对1286名民族地区农村中小学特岗教师进行了问卷调查,通过相关分析、逐步回归以及中介分析等方法对职业压力、工作满意度与职业倦怠的关系进行了分析。研究结果表明:农村中小学特岗教师职业压力水平与职业倦怠存在显著正相关性;工作满意度与职业倦怠存在显著负相关性;并且,工作满意度在职业压力对职业倦怠的影响中起部分中介作用。为了稳定民族地区农村教师队伍,要关注特岗教师的心理健康发展,注重学校在业余文化生活方面的建设,不断优化师资队伍结构,提升师资力量的整体水平。
Job burnout hinders teachers'job performance.This paper conducted a questionnaire survey of 1,286 teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in ethnic areas,and examined the relationship among their occupational pressure,job satisfaction and job burnout through correlation analysis,stepwise regression and intermediary analysis.It has been found that there is a significant positive correlation between occupational stress level and job burnout among teachers in special posts in rural primary and secondary schools and that there is a salient negative correlation among job satisfaction and job burnout.Moreover,job satisfaction plays an intermediary role in the influence of occupational stress on job burnout.In order to stabilize the rural teaching resources,attention should be paid to the mental health development of teachers in special posts and to the construction of schools in terms of amateur cultural life,and structure of the teachers should be constantly improved so that the overall level of teachers can be enhanced.
