摘要
研究了横向稳恒磁场对磁控电渣重熔LD冷作模具钢微观组织和力学性能的影响,分析了电渣锭的碳化物微观形貌、冲击韧性和维氏硬度的变化。研究结果表明:在电渣重熔过程中施加横向稳恒磁场能够有效地细化电渣锭凝固组织,减小碳化物的尺寸以及提升电渣锭的维氏硬度,从而提升电渣产品的质量。
The current study investigated the influence of transverse static magnetic field(TSMF) on microstructure and properties of LD cold workingdie steel by magnetic-controlled electroslag remelting(MC-ESR). The microstructure of carbides, impact toughness and Rockwell hardness of the ESR ingots were analyzed. The results revealed that the presence of magnetic field was beneficial for solidification and carbides microstructure refinement as well as Rockwell hardness improvement. Finally, the quality of electroslag products was improved.
