系统介绍了目前国内外采用电渣冶金法制造轧辊的各种工艺,分析了各种工艺的优缺点,介绍了目前国内外电渣冶金工艺制造轧辊的技术研究进展状况,着重介绍了近几年国内外所研究和开发的各种新型电渣冶金法制造轧辊工艺及其性能.
This paper introduces the process of use of the current domestic and international metallurgical Electroslag produced Roller. It analysed of the advantages and disadvantages of various processes. And it Introduced the technology progress condition of＂ dispatch dregs metallurgical making the roller at present domestic and foreign. It had highlighted of the past few years at home and abroad as research and development of new manufacturing method electroslag metallurgical technology and roller performance.
