摘要 运用ABAQUS软件模拟了Cr8Mo2SiV冷作模具钢在锻造过程中空洞缺陷的变化,建立了中心带空洞的Ф100 mm×200 mm大尺寸锻件与Ф8 mm×15 mm小尺寸锻件的有限元模型,分析了空洞的闭合过程,对Ф8 mm×15 mm的小尺寸试样进行了物理模拟验证。试验结果表明:压下率为29%时完全闭合,与相同尺寸锻件的数值模拟结果相近,应力与应变的变化趋势与数值模拟结果相同,验证了数值模拟的准确性。 ABAQUS software was applied to simulate the change of void defects for Cr8 Mo2 SiV cold working die steel in the process of forging, and a finite element model was constructed for both large forgings with a center void and small forgings with a size of Ф8 mm × 15 mm. The closure process of the void was analyzed, and the small sample with a size of Ф8 mm × 15 mm was taken to conduct a physical simulation. The results showed that the void was completely close when the reduction rate was 29%, which was similar to the results obtained from numerical simulation of forgings of the same size, and the variation of stress and strain conformed to that of numerical simulation, which validated the accuracy of finite element simulation.
