摘要
大型锻件的夹杂性裂纹问题是长期以来困扰我国重型行业发展的重要因素之一。为从根本上解决此问题,本文对大型锻件内部夹杂性裂纹的形成机理进行了模拟研究,得到了夹杂性裂纹形成及其在高温条件下自修复的规律。在此基础上,提出了能有效控制夹杂性裂纹的大型锻件锻造工艺。大型管板和模块锻件的控制夹杂性裂纹锻造工艺已在生产中应用,大大地提高了大型锻件的成品率和产品内在质量,具有十分显著的经济和社会效益。
The inner cracks in heavy forgings have been a very puzzling quality problem to block the development of heavy machinery industry. For finding a way to solve the problem, we conducted a series of modelingresearch and verifying tests, and obtained some experimented and theoretical results. The observance resultsshowed that the inner cracks of materials recovered in a certain condition. According to those results, we developed a series of forging processes to control the inner cracks. The application results showed that theseprocesses were very successful in production of heavy forgings.
