摘要
运用FORGE有限元模拟软件对Cr8Mo2SiV冷作模具钢单空洞及双空洞在镦粗过程中的演变过程进行了模拟研究,并探索了锻件高径比、空洞尺寸、锻造温度和摩擦条件对空洞闭合程度的影响规律。采用Ф8 mm×15 mm的试样对单空洞锻造过程进行了物理模拟,物理模拟结果与数值模拟结果吻合。
The FORGE finite element simulation software was applied to the simulate the single cavity and double cavities evolve throughout the process of upsetting Cr8 Mo2 SiV cold working die steel, and the influence of height-diameter, cavity size, forging temperature and friction conditions on the cavity closure degree was investigated. A physical simulation was performed for the forging process of a single hole specimen sized Ф8 mm×15 mm. The simulation results were basically consistent with those obtained from numerical simulation.
