摘要
借助“互联网+”,搭建基因工程实验教学平台,“课前”“课中”“课后”三环节紧密衔接,发挥“互联网+”优势,拓宽师生交流的时间和空间,确保教学质量.统计发现,“互联网+”下基因工程教学平台人均使用率为77.3次/学期,学生使用积极性高;使用教学平台学生的实验报告、实验技能测试和期末总成绩分别为91.8±2.2、89.5±10.3、91.0±6.2(N=68),与未使用平台的学生成绩相比有极显著提高,由此可见,借助“互联网+”,搭建基因工程实验教学平台辅助教学可提高基因工程实验教学质量.
With the help of“Internet+”,the platform of genetic engineering experiment teaching is built,and the links of“before class”,“in class”and“after class”are closely connected,so as to give full play to the advantages of“Internet+”,expand the time and space for communication between teachers and students,and ensure the teaching quality.Detailed statistics showed among 68 college students,the average use of“internet+”learning management platform was 77.3 times per semester,which shows that students are highly motivated to use the platform.Students’grades of test report,experiment examination and final examination were 91.8±2.2,89.5±10.3,and 91.0±6.2(N=68)respectively,obviously increased compared with the grades before using the platform.The result suggests that with the help of“Internet+”,the establishment of a genetic engineering experimental teaching platform can improve the quality of genetic engineering experimental teaching.
