京津冀区域规模以上工业企业创新效率研究 被引量:6

Research on Innovation Efficiency of Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

摘要 文章利用DEA-Malmquist方法研究了2010-2015年京津冀各地级市区规模以上工业企业的创新效率。发现京津冀区域规模以上工业企业的生产效率变化不大,且少部分市区有下降的趋势,其中技术效率变动指数(无论是"纯"技术效率变动指数还是规模效率变动指数)整体上是逐年略有下降的趋势,说明京津冀区域规模以上工业企业整体技术有效性有所减弱,同时其生产规模越来越偏离有效规模。而技术变动指数却是逐年增高,说明京津冀规模以上工业企业技术创新能力在不断增强。 This paper uses DEA-Malmquist method to study the innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size in all the prefecture-level areas of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from 2010 to 2015. It is found that the production efficiency of industrial enterprises above designated size in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region does not change very much, and that a small part of the urban areas presents a downward trend, in which the change index of technical efficiency(whether "pure" technical efficiency change index or scale efficiency change index) is on the whole a slightly declining trend year by year,indicating that the overall technical effectiveness of industrial enterprises above designated size in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is weakened, and that their production scale is deviating from the effective scale. However, the index of technological change is increasing year by year, indicating that the technological innovation capacity of industrial enterprises above designated size of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is increasing.
