基于官产学研合作的区域创新系统效率评价被引量：13

摘要区域创新系统的效率决定了区域经济发展的质量和效益。分析了我国官产学研合作的背景,根据最近几年的数据,运用数据包络法,测算了我国各省市的创新效率和规模收益及创新效率,发现黑龙江、浙江、湖北、江苏、天津、上海、四川、北京、安徽、湖南、广东、重庆、陕西、甘肃等区域的创新效率相对较高,其它区域的创新效率一般甚至较低,最后对此进行了分析并提出了相关建议。 The efficiency of regional innovation system decides the quality and efficiency of regional economic development.Based on the background of Government-Industry-University-Institute collaboration,this paper uses DEA by the data of recent years to measure the innovation efficiency and the returns to scale of different provinces in China and hopes to provide useful reference for economic development of local governments.
