摘要
考虑苏阿皮蒂水电站工程混凝土掺合料短缺的实际情况,须用辉绿岩石粉作为碾压混凝土掺合料部分或全部替代粉煤灰应用。通过相关混凝土性能试验影响研究,证明辉绿岩石粉作为混凝土掺合料在技术上是可行的。通过调整人工砂生产工艺参数,使人工砂石粉稳定在某一范围内,直接利用人工砂中石粉作为碾压混凝土掺合料使用。在工程中实际应用表明,辉绿岩人工砂中石粉作为碾压混凝土掺合料,施工性能良好,改善了碾压混凝土和易性和可碾性,节约了混凝土制造成本,创新了人工砂中石粉应用方式。
In view of the shortage of concrete admixture in Souapiti Hydropower Station Project,the diabase rock powder must be used as RCC admixture to replace fly ash partly or fully.Through the performance test of concrete,it is proved that the diabase rock powder is feasible as a concrete admixture.By adjusting the process parameters of artificial sand production,the content of artificial sand powder is stabilized within a certain range and then the artificial sand powder is directly used as RCC admixture.The practical application shows that the construction performance of concrete with diabase artificial sand as RCC admixture is good,which improves the workability and rollability of RCC,saves the cost of concrete manufacturing and innovates the stone powder application in artificial sand.
