摘要
机制砂在生产过程中不可避免地要产生一部分石粉,而且原砂的石粉含量一般高达10%—20%。该文研究了不同石粉含量(5%、7%、10%、15%、20%、25%)对C30泵送混凝土工作性能、抗压强度、水压力抗渗、氯离子扩散系数的影响。试验结果表明,在配制C30泵送机制砂混凝土时,可以将机制砂中的石粉含量由国标的限值7%放宽到10%—15%。
The aggregate micro fines(AMF) finer than 75 μm inevitably exits in manufactured fine aggregate(MFA),while the content of AMF in MFA is usually up to 10%—20%.Effects of differential AMF contents(including 5%,7%,10%,15%,20%,25%) on workability,compressive strength,water-pressure impermeability,chloride diffusion coefficient were studied in this paper.The experiment results showed: the AMF content can be as much as 10%—15% when using MFA to prepare C30 pump concrete.
