摘要
受客观条件的限制,西藏地区水电工程中混凝土掺和料需从内地长距离运输获得,这样不但增加了工程造价,同时也存在着由于掺和料供应不及时而影响工程进度的风险。结合西藏水电工程的实际,开展的复掺石灰石粉和Ⅱ级粉煤灰作为混凝土掺和料的试验。研究结果表明:复掺部分石灰石粉能改善混凝土的孔隙结构,提高混凝土的性能,可以配制满足设计要求的水工混凝土。将石灰石粉作为掺和料用于西藏地区水电工程的混凝土在技术上是可行的。
Restricted by objective conditions, admixtures for concrete applied in hydropower projects in Tibet region has to be transported from inland regions at a long distance. This not only increases pruject cost but also takes risks of progress delay due to admixtures not supplied in time. In combination with reality faced by hydropower projects in Tibet region, tests on mixture of limestone flour and flyash ( Grade Ⅱ) as admixture for concrete are carried out. The study shows that with admixture of limestone flour, concrete pore structure and concrete performance both can be improved, and hydraulic concrete completely satisfying design requirements can be made. As admixture, application of limestone flour in concrete for hydropower projects in Tibet region is feasible technically.
