摘要
糖尿病是一种全身性疾病,血糖波动是独立于单纯高血糖的重要危险因素,了解血糖波动与氧化应激及细胞因子之间的关系有助于糖尿病并发症的防治。2型糖尿病患者的血糖波动与氧化应激水平升高明确相关,从表观遗传学角度可以解释这种关系。1型糖尿病患者的氧化应激水平升高,但血糖波动与其无明确相关性,可能原因是自身免疫因素对氧化应激影响更大。在妊娠糖尿病及特殊类型糖尿病中血糖波动与氧化应激相关性的研究仍较少。体内外研究显示,血糖波动与多种细胞因子明确相关,这些细胞因子在炎症反应、代谢紊乱、细胞凋亡等方面发挥着重要作用。该文综述了血糖波动对氧化应激和细胞因子生成的影响及其相关机制。
Oxidative stress and cytokines have been shown to play a role in the pathogenesis of diabetes.Glycemic variability in patients with type 2 diabetes is clearly associated with oxidative stress,which can be partially explained by epigenetics.The level of oxidative stress in patients with type 1 diabetes is increased,but the relationship between glycemic variability and oxidative stress is not clear,and there may be an autoimmune response involved.Glycemic variability is associated with a variety of cytokines,which play a role in inflammatory response,metabolic disorders,and apoptosis.The effects of glycemic variability on oxidative stress and cytokine and its related mechanisms are reviewed in present paper.
