摘要
目的应用EBN探索防治化疗药物外渗的有效措施,减轻患者痛苦,提高护理质量。方法通过评估外渗药物的性质及外渗面积,查阅文献,结合临床经验及患者需要,选择最佳的护理证据,制定护理措施。结果30例化疗药物外渗患者,无1例发生皮肤坏死或肢体功能障碍;有2例表阿霉素外渗经处理后,局部遗留硬结;有1例长春瑞滨外渗后局部起小水疱,经处理后小水疱结痂脱落。结论循证护理应用于临床,使传统护理经验走向科学发展,并促进护士主动学习,提高护士综合素质。
Objective To explore effective measures for prevention and treatment of extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs by evidence-based nursing （EBN）, to reduce the suffering of patients and improve the quality of nursing.Methods By assessing the property and extravasation area of drugs and referring literatures, combined with clinical experience and the needs of patients, the best evidence was chosen for nursing.Results In 30 cases with extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs, no case had skin necrosis or limb dysfunction;two cases with epirubicin extravasation were treated,leaving local sclerosis;one case had local small blisters after vinorelbine extravasation, incrusting and shedding after treatment.Conclusion The clinical application of evidence-based nursing made traditional nursing experience develop, and promoted active learning of nurses to improve the overall quality.
