摘要
目的:研究右佐匹克隆治疗脑卒中后失眠患者的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1至2018年12月菏泽市中医医院收治的脑卒中后失眠患者124例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组62例。对照组常规治疗加用阿普唑仑,观察组在对照组的基础上加用右佐匹克隆治疗。比较2组总有效率、不良反应发生率、神经功能评分、睡眠质量评分及治疗满意度评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,神经功能评分、睡眠质量评分及治疗满意度评分均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑卒中后失眠患者的治疗中加用右佐匹克隆,治疗效果更加明显,患者的睡眠质量得到显著提高。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of dexzopiclone in the treatment of patients with post-stroke insomnia.Methods:A total of 124 patients with post-stroke insomnia in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Heze City from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprazolam,the observation group were treated with dexzopiclone.Then the total effective rates,incidence of adverse reactions,neurological function score,sleep quality score and treatment satisfaction score of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group,the neurological function score,sleep quality score and treatment satisfaction score were significantly better than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional stroke treatment or insomnia treatment can not guarantee the treatment effect of patients,and can not ensure the treatment experience of patients.The treatment effect of dexzopiclone is more obvious,and the sleep quality of patients has been significantly improved.
