摘要
目的探讨火焰原子吸收法对白酒稀释液直接测定的方法与应用效果。方法将白酒样品稀释成10%的乙醇含量,经硝酸酸化后直接进样测定。结果对20份样品分别用标准曲线法和标准加入法两种类型进行试验,方法简便快速。标准曲线法相关系数r=0.999 4,RSD为0.93%~2.14%,回收率95.5%~105.0%;标准加入法的RSD为1.17%~2.81%,回收率94.7%~106.0%。结论火焰原子吸收法对白酒稀释液直接测定,准确度高,精密度好,有较高的灵敏度,完全可以满足白酒检测的要求。
Objective To study on the method and the effect of application about the diluents of white wine which using flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Diluting white wine samples to 10 % content and after acidification detect the samples. Results experiment the 20 samples by using standard curve method and standard addition method respectively. The methods are convenient. Correlation coefficient of standard curve method r is 0.999 4. RSD is 0.93 %~2.14 %, and the recovery rate is 95.5 % to 105.0 %. The RSD of the standard addition method is 1.17 % to 2.81 %, and the recovery rate is 94.7 % to 106.0 %. Conclusions The direct detection of the diluents by using flame atomic absorption spectrometry which has high accuracy, good precision and pretty good sensitivity can completely fulfill the requirements of detection on white wine.
