摘要
介绍了原子吸收光谱仪的分析原理及分析测试中原子吸收光谱的干扰与消除,同时介绍了原子吸收光谱技术在重金属测定中的应用。重金属污染对环境和人类造成了一定的影响,具有很大的危险性。用原子吸收光谱对重金属进行测定具有简单快速、灵敏度高、干扰少、结果准确可靠的特点,广泛应用于环境、冶金、食品等领域。
This paper introduces the principle of atomic absorption spectrometer and the interference and elimination of the atomic absorption spectrum analysis tests and enumerates the various application in the field of the determination of heavy metals. Heavy metal pollution has an impact on the environment and human, which has big risk. Atomic absorption spectroscopy in determination of heavy metal has many advantages, such as simple and rapid, high sensitivity, less interference, accurate and reliable of the results, which was widely used in environment, metallurgy, the food and other fields.
