摘要
建立了镍钴合金镀液中镍和钴含量的快速测定方法。对方法进行了选择、优化与验证,在优化的条件下,镍和钴元素的测定线性关系良好,相关系数均不小于0.9991,在高、中、低3个加标水平下,平均回收率为96%-102%,棚对标准偏差均小于2%,镍和钴的方法检出限分别为0.009mg/L和0.02mg/L。该方法操作简单、准确灵敏、高效快捷,适用于镍钴合金镀液中镍和钴元素的快速检测。
An atomic absorption spectroscopy method was developed for the rapid determination of nickel and cobalt in nickel-cobalt alloy plating solution. The test parameters were optimized and validated. Under the optimized conditions, both elements showed good linear relationships with good correlation coefficients not less than 0.9991 in the prescribed concentration range. At three spiked levels, the recoveries for file two elements were 96 % to 102 % with the relative standard deviations less than 2 %. The limits of detection of nickel and colbalt were 0.009 mg/L and 0.02 mg/L, respectively. The proposed method could be applied in the determination for nickel and colbalt in nickel-cobalt alloy plating solution with the advantages of simplicity, accuracy, high sensitivity and rapidity.
