摘要
目的探讨导致术中低体温的影响因素及护理干预。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月120例于我院手术的患者为研究对象,术中发生低体温60例,比较患者术前及术中40 min、80 min、120 min及以术后的体温变化,并收集患者的性别、年龄、手术时间、术中失血量、术中补液量、寒颤发生情况和术中护理满意度,采用多因素logistic回归分析确定术中发生低体温的影响因素。结果手术时间≥120 min、术中失血量≥300 ml、术中补液量≥200 ml及发生寒颤是患者术中发生低体温的影响因素。结论针对术中低体温发生因素,加强术中体温干预,降低低体温的发生率,保障患者术中术后安全。
Objective To explore the influencing factors resulting in intraoperative hypothermia and nursing intervention.Methods To select 120 cases of patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 as the study subjects.There were 60 cases of hypothermia to occur during the operation.The patients were compared before operation and 40,80,120 minutes during operation,and after operation by body temperature changes.The gender,age,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative fluid replacement,occurrence of chills,and intraoperative nursing satisfaction were collected.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the influencing factors of hypothermia during the operation.Results The operation time was≥120 min,the blood loss was≥300 ml during the operation,the amount of fluid replacement was≥200 ml during the operation,and the occurrence of chills,which were the influencing factor of hypothermia during the operation.Conclusion According to the factors of hypothermia during the operation,The medical staff should strengthen the intervention of intrabody temperature to reduce the incidence of hypothermia and ensure the safety of patients during and after operation.
