护理干预对骨科老年髋部骨折患者围术期肺部感染的预防效果研究 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨护理干预对骨科老年髋部骨折患者围术期肺部感染的预防效果。方法选择2017年10月-2018年10月我院收治的老年髋部骨折患者122例,均行髋关节置换术或股骨粗隆间骨折内固定手术,在围术期给予指导深呼吸、翻身、叩背、雾化吸入,有效咳嗽、咳痰功能锻炼、营养支持等护理干预措施。结果经护理后,122例患者中114例顺利康复出院;1例患者因手术后3 d并发心力衰竭,家属放弃治疗回家后死亡;5例患者因消瘦、术后咳嗽排痰无力发生肺部感染;2例术后发生静脉血栓。结论老年髋部骨折患者需加强护理干预,积极做好肺部感染的预防工作,才能更好地保证患者术后安全,促进康复。
