摘要
目的探讨手术室术中影响患者低体温的相关因素,并就此提出复合保温措施。方法选取我院2017年5月至2018年5月手术室106例择期手术患者作为调查对象,其中32例患者发生术中低体温收集的患者性别、年龄、BMI指数、手术部位、手术类型、麻醉类型、手术时间、麻醉时间、术中输液量、手术室温度、术中输血量、是否保暖措施等相关资料,采用logistic因素回归分析法分析术中患者发生低体温的影响因素。结果多因素logistic回归分析发现,麻醉时间(≥3 h)、术中输液量(>1500 ml)、手术室温度(<24℃)、未应用保暖措施为影响术中低体温的危险因素。结论针对术中低体温发生因素,护理人员应术前对手术床和输注液体恒温、术中加强保暖措施及加强手术配合人员默契度缩短手术时间降低术中低体温发生率。
Objective To explore the related factors that affect the hypothermia of patients during operation in the operating room,and put forward compound insulation measures.Methods We selected 106 cases of patients undergoing elective surgery in our operating room from May 2017 to May 2018 as the survey subjects.Among them,32 cases of patients developed a hypothermia.The relevant data such as gender,age,BMI,surgical site,type of surgery,type of anesthesia,operation time,anesthesia time,intraoperative blood transfusion volume,operating room temperature,intraoperative blood transfusion volume,and whether there were warming measures,etc..were collected.The logistic factor regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of hypothermia during the operation.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the anesthesia time(≥3 h),intraoperative blood transfusion volume(>1,500 ml),operating room temperature(<24℃),and non-warming measures were the risk factors that affected hypothermia during the operation.Conclusion In view of the causes of hypothermia during the operation,the nursing staff should keep constant temperature for the operating table and infusion fluid before operation,strengthen the warming measures during the operation,and strengthen the tacit understanding of the surgical staff to shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of hypothermia during the operation.
