摘要
为筛选抗PVY病的优良烟草品种,以10份烟草品种幼苗为试材,进行人工接种PVY试验,并对其进行抗性鉴定.以接种后36 d的抗氧化酶活性、光合速率、电导率等测定值为指标,利用隶属函数分析法将其抗性程度进行综合性排序.结果表明:NC95为感病品种,云烟87、延晒7号和吉烟9号为中感品种,吉烟9号、延晒6号、漂河1号和CF222为中抗品种,SY04-3和龙江981为高抗品种;抗性程度由强到弱依次为龙江981、SY04-3、延晒6号、吉烟9号、漂河1号、CF222、延晒7号、云烟87、吉烟10号、NC95.
In order to screen the excellent tobacco varieties resistant to PVY disease,10 seedlings of tobacco varieties were inoculated with PVY,and their resistance was identified. After 36 days of inoculation,the antioxidant enzyme activity, photosynthetic rate,conductivity and other measured values were used as indicators,and the degree of resistance was comprehensively ranked by subordinate function analysis. The results showed that NC95 was susceptible variety,Yunyan 87,Yanshai 7 and Jiyan 9 were medial susceptible varieties and Jiyan 9,Yanshai 6,Piaohe 1 and CF222 were medial resistant varieties.SY04-3 and Longjiang 981 were highly resistant varieties,and the resistance degree was Longjiang 981, SY04-3,Yanshai 6,Jiyan 9,Piaohe 1,CF222,Yanshai 7,Yunyan 87,Jiyan 10 and NC95 from strong to weak.
