摘要
为了解不同大豆品种对截形叶螨生长发育的影响及抗螨性差异,采用叶碟饲养法分析了截形叶螨在12个延边地区主推大豆品种上的发育历期、存活率、繁殖力和种群生命表,并利用隶属函数综合分析法对大豆的抗螨性进行了排序。结果表明:不同大豆品种对截形叶螨的生长发育和繁殖存在显著差异,通过对6种研究指标的隶属函数值的排序,其抗性依次是合农61>合农75>绥农36>合农69>合丰50>吉育401>吉育97>吉育99>吉育303>吉育71>吉育100>吉育86。为了减轻截形叶螨的危害,建议选用合农61、合农75、绥农36及合农69等抗性强的大豆主推品种。
To understand the effects of different soybean varieties on the growth and development of Tetranychus truncatus and the resistance to T.truncatus,the development duration,survival rate,fecundity,and population life table of T.truncatus in Yanbian area were studied by using the leaf disc feeding method,and the resistance to T.truncatus was also ranked by subordinative function analysis.The results showed the effect of different soybean varieties on growth,development and reproduction of T.truncates exhibited obvious differences.Depending on the subordinative function analysis of six indexes,the resistance to T.truncates was ordered,that is,Henong61>Henong75>uinong36>Henong69>Hefong50>Jiyu401>Jiyu97>Jiyu99>Jiyu303>Jiyu71>Jiyu100>Jiyu86.Therefore,this study suggested that varieties with strong resistance to T.truncatus,such Henong 61,Henong 75,Suinong36,and Henong 69,can be used in the soybean cultivation.
