摘要
本研究以4个核桃砧木种子为试材,测定其种子发芽率、出苗率及一年生实生苗的主要形态、生长与生理指标,采用模糊数学隶属函数法对不同砧木苗木质量进行综合评价。结果表明,不同核桃砧木苗木质量存在较大的品种间差异;鸡爪绵和香玲核桃种苗质量优,且种子易获得,适合在山东省丘陵、山地核桃产区广泛应用,黑核桃和核桃楸种苗质量差,加之种子不易获得,不适宜应用。本研究结果可为核桃砧木苗木综合评价提供可靠方法,同时为鉴定、筛选和培育优良核桃种质资源提供科学依据。
Seeds of four walnut rootstocks were selected as experimental materials to determine their seed germination rate,emergence rate and the main morphological,growth and physiological characteristics of one-year-old seedlings.Then the quality of the four walnut rootstock varieties were comprehensively evaluated by membership function analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences in seedling quality of walnut rootstocks.The seedling quality of Jizhuamian and Xiangling cultivars were better and the seeds were easy to obtain,so they were suitable to plant in the hilly and mountainous walnut production areas of Shandong Province.But black walnut and Hetaoqiu were not suitable for the areas because of poor quality of seedlings and difficult collection of seeds.The results could provide a reliable method for the comprehensive evaluation of the seedling quality of walnut rootstocks,meanwhile,provide scientific base for the identification,screening and cultivation of the excellent walnut germplasm.
