摘要
以乡村振兴及城乡一体化建设为背景,结合社会工作者在J村的长期扎根与实践,针对典型古村落进行的政府主导、企业合作、社区自主经营三种传统开发和保护经验模式的局限,阐述社会工作助力城市边缘“非典型古村落”从“衰落”到“复兴”的发展实践过程。探讨社会工作参与下城市边缘“非典型古村落”的发展路径,提出社区为本:1+N整合联动的“非典型古村落”发展经验模式。
This paper first deals with issues regarding the process of ancient villages in the vicinity of cities undergoing transition from decline to rejuvenation under the background of rural revitalization and urban-rural integration,in conjunction with practice of social workers long stationed in J village,with regard to limitation of typical ancient village government administration,enterprise cooperation and community autonomy management before proceeding to suggest the development approach of taking communitiy as the center to carry out the“1+N”linkage integration parctice.
