摘要
本试验旨在研究饲料蛋白质水平对拉萨裸裂尻鱼(Schizopygopsis youughusbaudi)幼鱼免疫和抗氧化能力的影响。选择健康、大小均匀、已驯化完全、体重(22.42±0.56)g的拉萨裸裂尻鱼幼鱼540尾,随机分成6组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾。各组试验鱼分别投喂蛋白质水平为20%、25%、30%、35%、40%、45%的等脂等能饲料。试验期60 d。结果表明:1)30%、35%蛋白质水平组的体重增长率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。2)饲料蛋白质水平对拉萨裸裂尻鱼幼鱼的血清和肝脏的免疫和抗氧化指标有显著影响(P<0.05)。血清溶菌酶(LSZ)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量以及肝脏ACP、AKP、SOD、CAT活性均随饲料蛋白质水平的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量随饲料蛋白质水平的增加呈先降低后趋于稳定的趋势。其中,血清或肝脏免疫酶LZM、ACP、AKP活性和抗氧化酶CAT、SOD活性及血清IgM含量均在饲料蛋白质水平为30%或35%时最高,肝脏MDA含量在饲料蛋白质水平为35%之后趋于稳定。综合考虑生长、免疫和抗氧化指标,经多项式回归分析得出,(22.42±0.56)g拉萨裸裂尻鱼幼鱼人工配合饲料的适宜蛋白质水平为30.43%~33.88%。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary protein level on immune and antioxidant capacity of juvenile Schizopygopsis youughusbaudi Regan.A total of 540 healthy,uniform-sized,fully domesticated juvenile Schizopygopsis youughusbaudi Regan with body weight of(22.42±0.56)g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate.Fish in each group were fed experimental diets that the protein levels were 20%,25%,30%,35%,40%and 45%,respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)the body weight growth rate of 30%and 35%protein level groups was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).2)Dietary protein level had significant effects on the indexes of immune and antioxidant in serum and liver of juvenile Schizopygopsis youughusbaudi Regan(P<0.05).The lysozyme(LSZ),acid phosphatase(ACP),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activities and immunoglobulin M(IgM)content in serum and activities of ACP,AKP,SOD and CAT in liver were showed a firstly increased and then decreased trend with dietary protein level increased,and the liver malondialdehyde(MDA)content was showed a firstly decreased and then stabilize trend with dietary protein level increased.The activities of immune enzymes LZM,ACP,AKP and antioxidant enzymes CAT,SOD in serum or liver and serum IgMcontent were the highest at30%or 35%of dietary protein level,and the liver MDA content stabled after 35%of dietary protein level.In conclusion,considering the growth,immunity and antioxidant indexes,the polymorphic regression analysis shows that the suitable protein level of the artificial compound feed of(22.42±0.56)g juvenile Schizopygopsis youughusbaudi Regan is 30.43%to 33.88%.
