摘要
采用混合聚醚多元醇、轻质碳酸钙和助剂等为A组分,MDI预聚体为B组分,制备了双组分聚氨酯密封(嵌缝)胶。考察了预聚体NCO含量、A组分中填料含量及A、B组分质量比对嵌缝胶性能的影响。结果表明,当预聚体NCO质量分数为6%、A组分中填料质量分数30%、A/B两组分质量比为4∶1时,得到的弹性聚氨酯密封胶拉伸强度≥1.0 MPa,断裂伸长率≥800%,弹性模量≤0.3 MPa,在-40℃低温下仍具有柔性,满足严寒地区高速铁路客运专线桥面混凝土伸缩缝密封材料要求。
A two-component polyurethane sealant was prepared.The component A was a mixture of polyether polyols,light calcium carbonate,auxiliary agent etc.The component B was methylenediphenyl diisocyanate prepolymer.The influences of NCO content in component B,filler content in component A,and A/B component mass ratio on the properties of the polyurethane sealant were studied.The results showed,when NCO mass fraction was 6%,the filler mass fraction was 30%,and A/B component mass ratio was 4/1,the elastic sealant could meet the requirements for concrete expansion joint sealants on passenger transport line bridge decks of high-speed railway in severe cold regions.The tensile strength was no less than 1.0 MPa,elongation at break was no less than 800%,and elastic modulus was no more than 0.3 MPa,and it could remain flexible at-40℃.
