摘要 改性聚氨酯混凝土是一种新型热固性铺装材料,其路用性能优良,施工过程对环境影响小。依托瓯江北口大桥铺装工程,就改性聚氨酯混凝土的低温性能展开优化研究,采用环氧树脂作为改性剂,通过设置五种环氧树脂掺量,基于破坏弯拉强度、破坏弯拉应变、弯曲劲度模量、脆化点温度与应变能分析混凝土在不同服役温度下的抗开裂性能,得出环氧树脂掺量为40%时,改性聚氨酯混凝土的抗开裂性能相对最好,同时在该掺量下,混凝土也兼具良好的高温抗车辙性能与抗水损害性能。 Modified polyurethane concrete is a kind of new thermosetting paving material with excellent road performance and small impact on the environment during the construction.Relying on the pavement project of Oujiang Beikou bridge,the optimization research is carried out on the low-temperature performance of modified polyurethane concrete.Epoxy resin is used as the modifier.By setting five kinds of epoxy resin dosage,the anti-cracking performance of concrete at different service temperatures is analyzed based on the breaking flexural tensile strength,breaking flexural tensile strain,bending stiffness modulus,embrittlement point temperature and strain energy.When the epoxy resin dosage is 40%,the modified polyurethane concrete has the best anti-cracking performance.At the same time,the concrete also has good high-temperature anti-rutting performance and water damage resistant performance.
