以不同2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(2,4-TDI)含量的TDI分别和聚酯二元醇(ODX-218)、聚四亚甲基醚二醇(PTMG)经预聚、3,3'-二氯-4,4'-氨基二苯甲烷(MOCA)扩链制备聚氨酯弹性体,讨论了2,4-TDI含量对制品性能的影响。结果表明,在PTMG/TDI/MOCA体系中,TDI中2,4-TDI质量分数在97.5%~99.0%之间变化对制品的各项力学性能影响不大,耐磨性能随2,4-TDI含量增加有所提高。在ODX-218/TDI/MOCA体系中,TDI的2,4-TDI质量分数在97.5%~98.5%之间制品的综合性能最好。
The polyurethane elastomers (PUE) were prepared from polyester poyol ( ODX-218 ) or PTMG, chainextender MOCA and TDI which had different 2,4-TDI contents. The influences of 2,4-TDI content on PUE proper- ties were discussed. The result showed that, in the system of PTMG/TDI/MOCA, the different 2,4-TDI contentsbetween 97.5% to 99.0% had little impact on mechanical properties, and the abrasion resistance was increasdwith 2,4-TDI contents increasing. In the system of ODX-218/TDI/MOCA, the PUE combination property was the best when 2,4-TDI content was 97.5% to 98. 5%.
