摘要
一个国家是否具备现代意义上的应急物流管理的能力去应对各类突发事件,不仅关系到国家安全和社会稳定,更关系到人民的生命财产安全,将对整个经济社会发展产生广泛而持续的影响。本文通过对新疆应急物流发展现状的分析,在借鉴国内外发达地区的应急物流体系建设经验的基础上,提出完善新疆应急物流体系建设的思路。
Whether a country has a high level of emergency logistics management to deal with all kinds of unexpected events is not only related to national security and social stability, but also related to people＇s lives and property safety. It will produce an extensive and sustained impact on economic and social development. In this paper, we research the development of emergency logistics firstly in Xinjiang. We put forward a sound logistics system in Xinjiang contingency thinking based on experience of developed areas of emergency logistics system. A high - performance emergency logistics system is very important to stability and development in Xinjiang.
